New Patient Center

We understand that seeing a new Doctor for the first time can make you feel excited, hopeful, or even a bit nervous. It is completely normal to feel that way! You may never have seen a Scoliosis and Bracing Clinician before, or had this type of examination, so you may not know what to expect when you come to one of our offices for the first time. At Scoliosis.Solutions it is our goal to provide both clinical excellence as well as top-notch customer service in everything we do. We try very hard to make you feel comfortable during your time with us.

PRIOR to your appointment:

1. Please download and complete the New Patient Forms and then scan/email them to us. Or, you can fax them to (250) 744-2882.
2. An Online Scoliosis Questionnaire. The results and scores will automatically go to Dr. Gage for his review. Please click HERE to start the questionnaire.
3. It is important to wear appropriate clothing to your first appointment so that Dr. Gage can examine you properly and ensure that you feel comfortable through the process. Please review the What To Wear document below.
